    Since joining the higher education industry in 2002, Ibis Chow has attained a myriad of experiences and extensive financial aid knowledge within her different roles. She assists Fame staff and schools in adhering to the federal regulations by providing direction with compliance file reviews, verification, return of title IV and on-site financial aid process evaluations. School administrators rely on her understanding of federal requirements and financial aid operational procedures when administering federal funding, in addition to providing custom financial aid training and group presentations.
