Rachel Gordon is a visionary leader in higher education with 25 years of expertise spanning enrollment management, financial aid, admissions, marketing, and institutional operations including over a decade of consulting and holding leadership roles at colleges and universities as well as most recently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of a nationally recognized Third Party Servicer. Throughout her career she has successfully led initiatives that streamlined financial aid processing, centralized operations across multi-campus systems, and led universities processing over $1 billion in annual disbursements. Known for driving enrollment growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance, Rachel transforms complex challenges into scalable, student-centered solutions.
A respected speaker and advisor in the field, Rachel serves on the Executive Board of the Association for the Advancement of the College Admissions Profession (AACAP), where she helps shape policy and best practices in admissions and enrollment strategy. She is widely recognized for her thought leadership, leveraging a powerful professional network and social media presence to foster collaboration across institutions and policy stakeholders.
