    Jennifer Christensen is a passionate and results-driven leader with a proven track record of transforming lives through education. She began her career at Apollo Education Group’s Institute for Professional Development (IPD), where she collaborated with partner institutions to surpass goals in enrollment, retention, and revenue growth. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Director of Admissions Training and Development at Herzing University, where she has played a key role in achieving seven consecutive years of enrollment growth—now serving over 10,000 students. In addition, she is the Executive Director of the Association for the Advancement of the College Admissions Profession (AACAP), where she oversees strategic initiatives that support membership growth, professional development, customized training, and the administration of the Certified Admissions Professional (CAP) credential.
