Before joining Enriched Academy, Brynn was Vice President of Operations at Campus Support, overseeing Vancouver Career College, CDI College, VCAD, and Reeves College. In this capacity, she managed multi-campus operations, drove institutional growth, and led major initiatives to enhance student services and academic quality. Her leadership was instrumental in streamlining processes, improving regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability across dozens of campuses.
Brynn’s career is distinguished by her ability to translate strategic vision into operational results. She is known for building high-performing teams, developing data-driven solutions, and championing student-centered approaches that improve retention, graduation rates, and post-graduate outcomes.
