Dr. Scott Fitzgibbon has worked in career and proprietary education since 1991 with wide-ranging experience in teaching, admissions, student services, and career services. Scott is a distributor and consultant for Wiley Publishing, specializing in the Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team assessments, for The Pacific Institute, as co-author of the Mindsetting for Success and Well-Being in the Digital Age™ student success curriculum and for Perceivant, as the co-creator of the EduReady admissions assessment.
Using the Everything DiSC and the Five Behaviors assessments, Dr. Fitzgibbon has taught behavioral understanding as it relates to Teaching and Learning, Enrollment and Sales, Teamwork and Conflict Resolution, Student and Customer Service, and Leadership and Management in hundreds of organizations to tens of thousands of employees over the last 25 years.
Dr. Fitzgibbon is the co-author of The Pacific Institute’s Mindsetting for Success and Well-Being in the Digital Age™ curriculum. This student success curriculum of scientifically proven principles to optimize personal well-being, educational acheivement and career success has been implemented in over 500 career schools across North America reaching and over 1,700,000 students.
As the co-creator of EduReady, this admissions assessment not only evaluates what the student knows, but their ability to learn. Most importantly, the assessment measures a students’ attitudes, beliefs, and overall mindset toward success in higher education. With 3 years in use and more than 20,000 assessments administered, the proprietary algorithm continually updates the predictability of student success based on successful student outcomes.
