Peyton Holland is a passionate advocate for Career & Technical Education (CTE), dedicated to connecting education, industry, and communities to prepare the next generation of skilled leaders. As Executive Director of the National Technical Honor Society, he leads efforts to honor and empower CTE students nationwide.
Peyton brings over 22 years of experience in the CTE, including nearly a decade as a Career & Technical Student Organization state director prior to NTHS. He has worked as a facilitator, consultant, and professional speaker with schools, associations, agencies, municipalities, and companies nationwide.
His passion for skill development is deeply rooted in his upbringing. Raised in rural North Carolina, Peyton grew up working on the family farm and at the sawmill alongside his father—experiences that shaped his belief in the dignity of work and the power of hands-on learning to transform lives.
Whether it is working on the family farm, speaking on the TEDx stage, or running a national non-profit, Peyton is driven by a deep belief in the value of skill and the critical role CTE plays in shaping our future workforce.
