Kristen Jenkins is an experienced education and client success professional with a strong foundation in instructional leadership, curriculum development, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as Head of Client Success at Vias Campus Management, she lead efforts to enhance user satisfaction, streamline onboarding, and advocate for client needs across product teams.
With nearly two decades of experience in education, Kristen brings a learner-centered approach to every role. Kristen' background includes teaching at both K-12 and postsecondary levels. Throughout her career, she has championed inclusive practices, literacy development, and educational technology integration to improve student outcomes.
Kristen holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Science from Western Kentucky University, with a focus on literacy education, instructional strategy, and assessment. She has led professional learning initiatives, served on educational leadership committees, and presented at state conferences, including the Kentucky Reading Association. Her work has been recognized with accolades such as Teacher Leader of the Year and observations by educational researcher John Hattie during a Visible Learning implementation.
Known for building strong relationships, adapting quickly to system and user needs, and fostering cross-functional collaboration, Kristen thrives in dynamic environments where education and technology intersect. Her passion lies in empowering others—whether students, educators, or clients—to succeed through thoughtful guidance, practical solutions, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
