After 20 years of coaching at the collegiate level and 20 years in athletic administration, Scott currently works 1-on-1 with college and pro coaches, administrators, and executives serving as a coach, thinking partner, and support system (essentially a caddy) to help navigate the pressures and challenges of competition and performance expectations, communication, team building, overall management, and at times, the loneliness of being in a decision making / leadership role in today's ever changing landscape. Scott's background also includes work in student affairs in higher education as he served in the role of Hall Director as well as Director of Residence Life.
Scott currently lives in New Hampshire with his wife, daughter Cailyn, and son Rylan. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with family, as well as up in the mountains of NH.
