Session Description
This session is a heart-to-heart discussion of what Dr. Basler learned through selling the former institution where she worked, creating a teach-out for students, and helping employees embrace the hardest change of their lives. She shares what worked and what didn't work in the transition and how logic, empathy, and ethics played roles in her decision making processes. This session is any leader or employee going through an institutional change. During the session, participants will have the opportunity to ask the tough questions regarding changes in a completely safe and judgment free session.
